Yaruki Adult Judo Program
Expand your Physical and Mental Horizons!
The Adult Judo program is for anyone age 15+ and is designed to meet the individual needs of each participant. Beginners will learn fundamental Judo principles, while returning members will continue to build upon their skills. Training sessions will provide intense workouts but participants are encouraged to work at their level and pace. Our adult program caters to both competitive and recreational Judo participants, providing both physical and mental stimulation while reducing stress and energizing you!
