Membership Levels
We understand that different students have different needs. Our membership levels provide different ways of accessing our programs to align with your goals. Whether you are looking for personal growth, fitness, recreational or competitive Judo, or a fast track to a black belt, we have a membership level that will meet your needs!
Bronze (2x/week)
Ideal for newcomers. The Bronze Judo Program will build basic Judo knowledge and skills while promoting personal well being. This program has the smallest time commitment and is best for those students seeking recreational Judo. This program is available for Juniors, Cadets, and Adults.

Silver (3x/week)
The Silver Judo Program provides additional training for those looking to ramp up their learning. This program focuses on increasing Judo proficiency for competition or self-defense and provides a third night of training each week. This program is available for Cadets and Adults.

Gold (Unlimited)
Ideal for members looking to expand their Judo knowledge and skills in a much shorter time frame. Train when you want with access to training up to 8x/week for the Adult program or 5x/week for the Cadets ($180/month). There is no quicker way to advance in the sport of Judo. This program is available for Cadets and Adults.

Platinum (Unlimited + Private)
The Platinum Judo Program includes all the Gold features while also providing access to included private lessons, increased one on one support, custom progression planning for belt advancement, and accountability sessions. This is the most immersive method to learn Judo! This program is available for Cadets and Adults.

Private Judo Lessons
Private and Semi-Private lessons are also available for individuals, families, and small groups that are unable to make the normal practice times, or those that would prefer a more personalized training session.

Frequently asked questions
Answers to common questions regarding fees.
The one time annual registration fee covers a students enrollment with Judo Alberta and Judo Canada. This fee ensures all participants are recognized members and are allowed to compete and train anywhere in the country. This is important for training camps, clinics, special events, and tournaments. Additionally, members of the Yaruki Judo Academy will receive a Yaruki t-shirt at the beginning of each season.
Yes. Annual payment options are available. Please see the individual program or registration page for more details.
Yes. The first member of any family pays the regular monthly membership fee. Any additional members from the same household will receive a 10% discount on their monthly fees. Please note that this discount is not applicable when paying annually as annual fees are already receiving a discount.
There will be a 3% service charge on the fees. This is due to charges by the credit/debit card processing company.
Monthly payment plans will be set up as an automatic subscription payment through our payment processing company. E-Transfer will not be an option for monthly payments.
NO! The Yaruki Judo Academy does not and will never require volunteering or fundraising. We also do not support or engage in the practice of "cash calls". What you see is what you pay and we believe it should not come with strings attached.
