STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. All participants (or their guardian) in Yaruki Judo Academy programs will be required to read and acknowledge a waiver during the checkout process.  Acknowledging the waiver and then subsequently paying for and attending the event will indicate a firm acceptance of the risks involved with self-defense training. 
   
2. The programs offered by the Yaruki Judo Academy are physical in nature.  Participants are asked to work to their level of fitness and advise instructors of any pre-existing conditions or limitations they may have. 
3. All students of the Yaruki Judo Academy will be required to wear an appropriate Judogi while training.
4. Full Refunds for Yaruki Judo Academy programs will ONLY be offered if the program is cancelled by the Yaruki Judo Academy. 
5. Refunds WILL NOT be offered for Yaruki Judo Academy programs when the participant chooses to cancel their enrollment, cancel their booking, or are otherwise unable to attend.
6. Individuals paying on a monthly subscription are not permitted to suspend or pause their monthly payments due to a temporary inability to attend classes.  (eg: injury or scheduling issues) 
   
7. Information regarding payments and payment methods used during the checkout process is never observed, gathered, stored, or shared with the Yaruki Judo Academy (RHINO Defense Inc.).  This information is solely used by Stripe to process and collect your payment.
   
8. The Yaruki Judo Academy reserves the right to remove any participant, without refund, from any program should that participant engage in behavior or conduct that is detrimental to the program, derogatory to the instructor or another participant, or unsafe in any manner.  If a participant is removed from a program they will be required to leave the training session immediately.   Members that are removed from a class may be removed from the program entirely should the offense be deemed particularly grievous.
